Product Description

What is dry oil-free?

Grade 0 oil-free, that is, the total oil content (oil brought in during compression + oil vapor in the air) index reaches ≤0.01mg/m³, “Oil-free” means that the gas does not come into contact with oil at all during the compression process, that is, there is no oil lubrication between the compression chambers or rotors of the compressor, but the compressor still uses ordinary lubricating oil for lubrication of bearings, gears and other components during the compression process . The lubrication method is the same, but an effective isolation shaft seal is used between these lubrication parts and the compression chamber.
